These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Leeds Board Game Convention (“the Convention”) website and your attendance at the event. By accessing this website or attending the Convention, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or attend the event.

1. Event Overview

Leeds Board Game Convention is a tabletop gaming event taking place on July 25–26, 2026, in Leeds, UK. The event includes open gaming, tournaments, vendor stalls,  demos, and more.

2. Ticketing & Admission

  • Tickets must be purchased through the official website or designated ticketing partners.

  • All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

  • Entry requires a valid ticket for the corresponding day or weekend.

  • Children under [insert age, if applicable] must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and inclusive environment, all attendees, vendors, guests, and staff are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

  • If you would like not to be photgraphed, pick up a sticker to wear.

  • Attendees may take personal photos and videos, but commercial photography requires prior written permission.

  • Respect requests for privacy from other attendees who do not wish to be photographed.

5. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must follow any current health and safety guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 or other public health matters.

  • The organizers reserve the right to implement additional safety protocols as needed for the well-being of all participants.

6. Exhibitors & Third Parties

  • The Convention may feature exhibitors, sponsors, and third-party vendors. We are not responsible for their products, services, or interactions.

  • Any transactions made with third parties are solely between you and that party.

7. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk. Leeds Board Game Convention and its organizers are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damages arising from your participation in the event or use of the website.

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, health emergencies).

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to use this website for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • All content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Leeds Board Game Convention or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page, and continued use of the site or event participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
